Modified Lessons - SPED
I know from experience that many special education classes have a wide range of diverse learners and learning levels! Often, we have students who are still on modified curriculum for subjects like science, social studies and geography. So i created lessons in task card & adapted book formats for these learners!
Token economy
This was where my passion for creating activities for students and teachers have blossomed! I LOVE creating token boards for special needs students as a wonderful positive reinforcement tool. Not only do I make token boards… but I make them using their preferred characters and themes which increases motivation and highly reduces unwanted behaviours!
